Business Background

Acczone group (Pty) Ltd is a 100% citizen owned company formed by Mr. Boniface Malope who is currently the Executive Director. It was incorporated under the companies act of Botswana in March 2018. The company provides the following service offering:

  • Company/business incorporation
  • Issuing share certificates
  • Appointment of Directors
  • Appointment of company secretary
  • Maintenance of the company’s share registers
  • Filing of annual returns
  • Assist with opening bank accounts
  • Advise the board about its responsibilities and duties.

Managing Director

The Executive Director for Acczone Group, Mr Boniface Malope, is a seasoned accountant with over 12 years of experience. He is the member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP). He has worked for Ditshwantsho Media society as the Secretary, Fincraft Investment Management and Special Economic Zones Authority as the Finance Manager.

Director

Mrs. Merapelo Malope is the non-executive Director for Acczone Group. She is an accountant with a vast experience on Credit control, Human resources, and risk management. She is a member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). She worked for Northern Textile Mills, Fenestra Unlimited and Botswana Insurance Company where she currently works as the credit controller.
